The Admissions Office posts regular updates on where we are at, quick links to important reminders, how tos, etc. So don’t forget to check in often.
When applying online, make sure you print the on-screen confirmation or take note of your application number (seven-digit student number), you will need it to check the status of your application!

English and French Placement Tests will be held at the College on Saturday, May 26. Not all new students have to write these tests, it depends on your high school grades and language you studied in. If you have to take one of the tests, you will find your appointment under ‘Documents and Messages’ in Omnivox as of May 18.

Because of updates being made to the College, including the installation of air conditioning, we will not be able to hold Marianopolis Orientation 101, which is usually held on a Saturday at the end of May. However, to help you prepare for registration, you will have access to step-by-step videos that will walk you through the process. Watch for the links on Omnivox as of May 25.

If you’ve been admitted, read this article to learn how to create your account in Omnivox. Once you’ve activated your account, you can view your letter of acceptance under ‘Documents & messages’. Your official letter of acceptance is also being sent to you by mail.
Your status may still say ‘In progress’ as we are still evaluating files. Please continue to check your status regularly.

If the status of your application is ‘AD -Admission-Admitted’, you’ve been accepted, congratulations! You will soon receive an official acceptance letter in the mail. You can read this article to learn how to confirm your acceptance.

You can check the status of your application in Omnivox. If the status is ‘In progress’, it means we are evaluating your file. Decisions will begin to be posted as of March 13 and into April.

The application deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, March 1. You can drop off your documents at the Admissions counter at the College until 6 p.m. on Thursday March 1 and Friday March 2.

You can either send us the documents required to complete your application via email to email@example.com, drop them off at the Admissions office at the College before 4:30 pm on March 1, or you can mail them in.

We strongly suggest that you choose a second choice program on your application. If you didn’t add a second choice, or if you wish to change your choices, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a ‘Request for Program Change’ form. You will need to return the signed form to our office before 4:30 pm on March 1.

About one in five students that attend Marianopolis receive some type of financial aid. Complete and submit the Scholarship or Tuition Credit application form online before the March 5 deadline.

You can check the status of your application in Omnivox as of March 2. Notices of conditional acceptance are sent out starting on March 13 and throughout the month of April. We send a letter to every applicant regardless of the decision.
